Over The Rimutaka’s

These mountains are the gateway to Wellington from the North and its 30 minutes of narrow windy windy road. SSD translation the road twists a lot and the wind blows something chronic…Right.  It was raining too and cloudy. In Winter it can snow up here too which gets pretty exciting so we hear.

I am quite glad that I speak SSD most of the time ‘Cos English is odd.

We have returned to Wellington from Havelock North which is a great place and will head further South tomoro on the Ferry and road to Wanaka maybe….
Time will tell as we are not sure what roads will be open and The Bossess may suffer from chronic coffee deprivation which is pretty serious if not attended to promptly.
