EDIT……Just added a (steam fogged/blurry) extra of this mornings broth…..it's the authentic primeval slime colour I remember from my youth (the peas were a last minute addition for blip purposes!) but so thick hearty you could carve it with a knife, I was maybe a bit heavy handed with the pulses and barley ;-)
