Land Rover
This is the door to my 1975 Land Rover Series 3 - all original and only has 104,000 miles on the clock. It spent most of the last 40+ years on an estate in Northumberland before I got it late 2014. Sailed through it's MOT last year and it's only needed a new exhaust since I've owned it, pretty basic engineering which is why over two thirds of all these Land Rovers are still on the road - amazing for a car originally introduced in 1948.
It may only do 15mpg and 45mph on a good day, but being over 40 years old it's now tax exempt and on classic car insurance.
We've got it so we can get to our 2 acre wood which is impossible in a normal car - see extra pic.
