My gardener drives a Jag!

Yes he really does. And its a new one which he bought just a month ago.

My neighbour says I pay him too much for the three hours he gives us each week.

I can't agree with that. He is first class. Knowledgeable and hard working. We would find it quite hard to keep our sizeable garden under control without him.

In fact if next year he decides he wants to have a Ferrari I might be willing to put up his fee by, say, £1 a week.

But I had better take care as I know he reads all these blips as does his charming wife. They seem to think they are more amusing to read over breakfast than are the newspaper headlines.
