My spare syns paid for this fudge. I have been super good all day so figure I've earned it, good diet :-)

Enjoyed the start of my course today, it's going to be really interesting and a good group of girls too, R was rather less enamoured with the crèche bless her - hopefully that will improve next week.

Lots of cooking and crafting healthy meals for lunch and tea, omelette and salad followed by lamb curry later. Yum.
