IKEA

I went for a run before breakfast and then went to work. 
Penny wanted to go to IKEA to buy some shelves to put above her desk. We left at 5:50pm and it took exactly an hour to get there (10 miles) !
I had hoped we'd be in the shop for less than half an hour and that we would pick up only what we wanted and leave. As always, we were there for much longer and Penny wanted to eat because she hadn't eaten since she'd got back from school (and she really wanted to taste the meatballs that her friends had said were great !). We bought two shelves for penny and a chest of drawers for Bibi and a few little things that Penny picked up as we walked through the market place. For the first time ever, I didn't buy any junk (as Ben calls it). We were home just after 9pm. Bibi was really tired and didn't want to watch TV with us so Penny went to bed too.
