Mum in the rain

A fair weather start to the day so I was out with my secateurs in the garden trying to let a little more light into our front window. Unfortunately the rain and the thunder arrived, which quickly put paid to the idea of tidying the garden. So instead I began looking for images of my dad that we could use on his memorial service leaflet. (This long wait for the funeral is beginning to take its toll.)

A quick trip to supermarket in the lull between the storms and then we stopped off for afternoon tea at the cafe in Wentworth Castle Gardens.
