Lovely daughters

My lovely daughters treated me to a very swanky spa treat at Rockliffe Hall near Darlington - a belated birthday treat. It was the best spa any of us had been to. (And we are connoisseurs!). We had an apartment which was perfect as we had a living area, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, so we could spend more time together than if we had separate rooms. #2 daughter went to the gym, I had a Himalayan salt massage while #3 daughter rested, having a rotten cold and sore throats.

We shared a bottle of champagne before having a wonderful four course dinner. A starter of pigeon, then smoked trout, then venison, then an apple toffee pudding. Mr C treated us to the matching wine package. It was all so pretty - and delicious, We stayed up chatting till gone 1am.
