Snow!!

A slightly predicable picture for today, it had to be the snow.  We woke up to a smattering, giving a beautiful cover to the ground - as well as some fun in the morning running around with the toddler as he had never seen it before.  There had been squeals of delight yesterday evening as it started snowing and this carried on when we got outside today.  

I also took the toddler swimming this morning - I've been wanting to get back into swimming with him since we returned from Zim, but it hasn't happened.  Today was a trial session - which came with two and a half pages of instructions; where to wait to be collected, where to remove shoes, what they had to wear.  Anyway, the boy had a brilliant time and loved being in the water, the only fix is that Dirk had to babysit and can't do that every week, so we can't continue the lessons - instead I'm insisting on family swimming each week so the boys at least get used to water.
