Snowed Under

I was on duty at Longshaw today. I went a rather circuitous route, as I was concerned about icy patches on some of the steep roads. There is one point just before I reach my destination, where amazing views of the Peak District open up. It's not unusual for the weather to look completely different beyond this point, but today there was just the lightest dusting of snow. Imagine my surprise when I attempted to turn into the car park only to discover it was closed! I did find somewhere on site to park, and we did manage to open up the top part soon after midday.
