Waited until 11:30 to go out on the bike. Should have stayed at home....!

Hit black ice and landed on my left shoulder. Excellent service at York A and E. Broken collar bone and bruised ribs diagnosed.

Thinking of stabilisers to avoid anymore mishaps.
