Unlucky for some

I don't believe in luck... but Friday was my third day in a row with no sales :(
Others in the office also struggled and the old timers said it's often like this...
My manager thinks it's "the close" which is my issue, and that he can "fix it". Sure hope so.
Started application for trainee manager at Majestic at 11pm, realised today was the closing date, didn't get it finished by midnight then it disappeared...
