Still busy

The roses may be on the way out, but the work goes on....

A busy day for me too today. My sister and her family and my brother came round for lunch. I'd made bread, dips, curries, cakes, scones etc etc.... (I love baking but if I ate all I do, I would have a BIG problem). All went well apart from a paneer curry.

I love the paneer chili at The Lodge in Shenstone and I asked them how to make paneer. They confessed that they bought it in (and the helpful waiter even showed me the packet). Even with that information, I tried my own - and it totally disintegrated. It tasted OK but looked weird and had a peculiar texture.... a step too far.
