Panettone

Apart from the obligatory dog-walking, Toby and I have done absolutely nothing today bar eat, drink, read and watch tv. And I am stuffed. I even had pink champagne truffles for breakfast. I had chocolates in the afternoon, and wouldn't allow myself to stop until I had finished the whole top layer.

One of the biggest festive treats for me is panettone. I have to have one every year. Here it is, it'll soon be gone. In 2009 I'm definitely going to make my own! This marvel is from Marks and Spencer.
