It's what Dads are for
Spent the day with my best man and his cool family. We don't live that far apart, but busy lives mean that we don't meet up as much as we would like to. We met at Uni in 1994 and hit it off quite quickly and remained great friends ever since.
His youngest is growing so quickly, and was the centre of attention today as his eldest and the Jnrs disappeared upstairs and outside for the entire time and we never saw them!
I took quite a few shots of her being cute, smiling, having ice cream smeared over her face with a wild look, etc, but this one made me smile the most. Dad is incredibly tough - a black belt in about 4 martial arts and skilful in a few more; he's represented (and captained) the country in a couple of them a few times; is now a PT and massage specialist and looks extremely scary all the time. However, he's a gentle giant with this little one - even when he had her in this headlock she was laughing her head off. I think she'll be the only one who will ever be able to get one over on him, she's doing well at it already!!
