Pavement Pounder

Oh flippin' heck it was hard going back to work after nine days off....I wasn't a happy bunny.

I had my phone in my pocket all day totting up all the steps, but by the time I arrived home at 9:30pm I had only done seven thousand, so I made myself go out...in the rain!!!....and walk round the Green. I've totalled 9,473 steps....it is so close, I should have made the effort to do those extra few hundred, but I'm absolutely knackered and I have just collapsed into bed and I'm not moving for anything now!

I'm walking away the fat
I prefer to walk with friends 
As I go faster when I chat

I will go down a dress size
