Baumkronenpfad

...Now there's a particularly fabulous German portmanteau word meaning, I believe, 'treecrownpath' (plus I know I've spelt it correctly, because I just copied it from my entry-ticket - I've got to go back in a minute and correct all the previous German misspellings that my beautiful and well-educated better half has already pointed out!) Anyway, today we packed up again and drove to Numbrecht, to the Bischoff's house, via the beautiful old town of Alsfeld and - first - a lovely path built in the crown of the trees of the Thuringer Wald. Luckily we don't have to unpack again as we're sleeping in relative comfort on the sofa!
