Flamiche

This is one of Paul's recipes which my husband made for the tea tonight, and along with home grown tatties and peas - yum, the flavours were awesome. The filling was leek, shallots and pecorino cheese. One of the best savoury tarts I have tasted!

Only thing is, now I need to move off the sofa and clean up!
