Brandaris Lighthouse Terschelling

For my birthday a few weeks ago, my wife surprised me with a special present!
She arranged a visit to the Brandaris today, a famous lighthouse of 52 metres high at the island of Terschelling.
Since the early seventies it was not possible anymore to visit the tower and the last time I went up was in the early sixties, as a boy.
So I was very surprised when I heard she managed to arrange this.
I cannot say how she did it, because otherwise maybe more people would try to do it this way and drive the watchmen at the lighthouse mad...

Of course a lot of pictures were taken but I have chosen this one because of the colors.
