Spying

Amy and Jake voted for going to the Waterfront at Greenock.

We stopped off on the way at the timber ponds to let them see them and to watch the red shanks through the binoculars.

The Waterfront is a sports complex with a big area given over to a swimming area for swimming lengths and lessons and another area with various interesting things to do. Last time we were there both children were tall enough for the slide but Jake wasn't tall enough for the doughnut slide, so Amy wouldn't go on it. This time both of them were tall enough.

It is like going with 2 water babies who spend more time either swimming under water or doing hand stands on the bottom of the pool.
