Collision

The goldfinch and the blue tit arrived at the feeder within seconds of each other and I managed to get this shot, not perfect but better than the ones that came out with no bird in sight! It was a close thing between this shot and one of a hairy caterpillar swimming across the pond.

Busy with a young helper clearing another area near the wildlife garden at the reserve. We were digging up tree stumps, young tree shoots, weeds and brambles. Luckily it was a fairly small area.
