Crunchy leaves

It was another bright and sunny day, with so much frost - crunch, crunch through the leaves on my morning dog walk.

I met some friends for a coffee and we caught up on each other's news. The café was so full we had a problem finding seats - the cold weather certainly gets people drinking more hot drinks!

I tried to get back to running today after being ill - it was so difficult. I always seem to lose my fitness so quickly, whereas Gavin can miss 2 weeks running and still get out and run 10km with ease.

Off to see La La Land tonight - I cannot imagine that I will enjoy it but I am hoping all those many critics cannot be wrong. Will report back tomorrow...
