The long road

I cannot believe it was such a lovely day and I've used a mono shot. I do like photos of tracks and roads that lead you into a shot. Just to make up for it I have added an extra of the Canada geese that flew over head when we were walking on the beach. I like the way their white rump's stand out. Seconds after this was taken I heard a gun going off behind us. Some one trying to get goose for dinner, didn't look like they succeeded.

Lots of lovely photos today and I could have blipped a few of them so I hope you like my choice. Now it's in front of the fire for me for the rest of the night as I had a long walk and I ran 5km this morning so am tired.
