sooooo, long run today then - 15.31km (9.5 miles). I felt sluggish but it turns out I was going the same speed as last week when i felt good. it was a beautiful day though and I said hello to all the horses I passed out craigdam way. they were frolicking in the sun.

we had jane round for a blether in the afternoon then we were couch-bound for a few west wings tonight.
