Four zero at Bourbon Edinburgh

This evening Mr hazelh and I met nadinepierce and S for a sushi supper (blipped), then joined others at Bourbon on Frederick Street to celebrate the 40th birthday of our friend N. My blip is of the ceiling decor in the bar where we chatted, drank, enjoyed N's party playlist - and started plots for my own birthday in March.

Exercise today: tiny amount of walking. I set out to do the usual sit-ups, weights and stretches plus a bit of rowing before lunchtime, but found it impossible due to a series of explosive sneezing fits.
