Dander in Donaghadee

The Ards Man and I did a typical retiree thing today and had lunch at a local garden centre in Donaghadee. In the end we didn't actually have lunch, as the food was definitely of the 'hearty' category, so just decided on scones and a very nice americano coffee.

We had a short walk afterwards - it was so cold! - which took us along the harbour towards the lighthouse. The light was very flat and grey, so I've used some colourful boats as my blip. You can see the lighthouse itself in extras, but it was so cloudy it's difficult to pick out the tower from the sky!

Today in my church we had nine people baptised and the ages ranged from about 15 to 70! At the end of November there were 16 baptisms, so our church is definitely growing. This is the first time I've belonged to a church that does 'full immersion' baptisms and there is always a great sense of celebration. All the folk being baptised wore t-shirts with the slogan 'All in'. :)
