January Sun Set

I popped out for a walk late this afternoon.  It was peaceful up on the heath; much quieter than this morning when it was full of groups walking and cycling.  The birds were busy lapping up the last of the sun and taking a chance to feed before the darkness set in.  As I walked home along the old railway line the sun was setting (see Extra for an alternative).
