Gently down the stream

Walkies

Today I had a lovely Sunday lunch with my sis at my re-vamped local, The King Alfred.  We talked a lot and ate some and had a good catch-up.  Afterwards I walked from Five Bridges Road up onto the Hockley Viaduct, a rather wonderful piece of Victorian architecture which is now a cycle and walking track.  As you can see, it's where I took this shot - and as you can also see, it used to carry trains. Altogether a very pretty afternoon with a lot of folks, their dogs and kids out enjoying the sunshine.

Okay, that's sort of me for today.  Wishing you a peaceful evening and a good start to the week  xx
