Undercover Arria

Another cold, grey, overcast day but without yesterday's mist. Not really a day for venturing out. So I cheated, just a little.

When we were out with the Ramblers on Tuesday we passed through an underpass in Cumbernauld that had murals painted on both sides. I made a mental note at the time that they might come in handy for blips when other inspiration or inclination had gone.. Today was that day!

So today's photo is a section of a mural (best seen large) in a pedestrian underpass in Cumbernauld. The murals paint (pun intended) highlights of Cumbernauld, with recognisable buildings and features, such as the Arria sculpture, and a cross-section of the outdoor pursuits available in and around the town. Standing in an underpass and taking photos of the walls isn't featured.
