Anticipation

Just as I was catching up on my snoozing after my eleven o'clock walkie, mum said Alice, B is coming over! I didn't see this coming. Usually emergency cleaning precedes visitors, but not today.

I love B, she is a very good friend, so I went completely bananas! I tried all possible ways to look out the kitchen window - getting behind the curtains on floor level, jumping up on the chair with my paws on the windowsill for a better look and even demanding that mum lift me up so I could see the bicycle stands.

When she finally arrived, I greeted her, ecstatically happy. She had a box with her with food for me, that I get throughout the visit. Prawns, ham and cheese, cut in Alice sized pieces. I LOVE B!
