"I'm back"

Felt a bit sore after yesterday's walk but as a challenge I tackled last week's aborted walk
Yes managed all 500 yards!!!

Feeling proud I went and had the pre-booked chat with the practice pharmacist about my drug habit!  Since I've given up the sleeping tablets he was happy that I knew what I was doing with the others.  The bad bit was apparently since I can't take Tramadol any longer then stronger opioid medicines would probably make me equally ill - hello pain!!

Later mum and I went to visit Lianne and baby Oliver who is 3 weeks old today...this was just before he got major grumpy apparently he is constantly hungry!
