Barbecue in heaven

A bit of a rush this morning to make some guacamole and other nibblies to take to a lunch party and then pick HH up from the golf club and our invalid friend and her nurse from her house and head out a few kilometres to a barbecue. A beautiful day and a beautiful spot, and we found a far bigger gathering that we had expected, which included most of our closest friends, in various stages of undress in and around the pool.  It hadn't occurred to me to take a swimsuit, while HH had thought of it, but rejected the idea.  Strange, since he was far more likely to have had a swim than I was - the water has to be really warm before I'll go in.

Anyway, it was a super and relaxing afternoon , catching up with most people for the first time this year.
