Blaen Bran

A walk through Blaen Bran woodland in the morning sunshine, and it's another warm one today.  A place where I once spent many a childhood day exploring the woodland, darker and more dense then as the trees have now been largely felled. 

We were welcomed by Owl [or maybe Wol for fellow Winnie-the-Pooh fans] at the approach to the walk.  Tree creeper and buzzard were two unexpected bonuses today, always a pleasure to see them.
