My magazine this weekend, showed me a recipe for a rather lovely Cullen skink with photographic evidence of beautiful lumps of smoked haddock.  The smoked haddock image has been haunting me ever since.  

Himself said to me "what did we plan for dinner tonight?"  and I said, meh... but we could have fish.... " 

While I was at work, I browsed for a recipe, which also incorporated beautiful photos of haddock, to inspire him to select the most luscious piece of fish to satisfy my craving. 

When I came home....  this vision was beheld. 

He made me the exact recipe which I had sent to him.   Complete with the vair lush Poached Eggs. 

Don't tell me that I am spoilt.   I knows I am spoilt.
