White-cheeked Tern

A White-cheeked Tern, giving me a great deal of fun today, trying to track it fishing.  The Common Tern is very similar, but this Tern does not have the white rump of the Common Tern. I did eventually get a photo of the Term with a fish in its beak but sadly only a rear view, it's a great challenge and so I will try again. Beautiful little bird and very good at hovering above the sea and then diving down and picking out a fish in one fast move!
