I talked to the garden centre today about improving the compacted soil in my garden.  They recommend putting on Gypsum. sheep pellets, blood and bone and compost.  I feel it's going to be a long term project. This carpet rose could be with me for sometime.  I did buy another Federation Daisy to plant in a pot to have some colour.  Also bad news on the caterpillar front.  I can't see them on the swan plant and suspect I did see a wasp flying by this morning.  If another butterfly comes by I will have to cover the swan plant.
