Towards Eynhallow (Day 624)

Another day of bitingly cold wind and sunshine saw me spending most of the morning on my knees in front of a boiler carrying out an annual service. I had a look at a couple of other jobs that the customer needs done and arranged a re-visit next week.
I returned home in time to catch up with a little bit of paperwork before  my beautiful wife joined me for lunch. We headed to a very cold Aikerness beach with the dogs for a wander, managing to keep Sigyn away from the rotting whale carcass this time. The air is filled with sea spray after days of strong winds, giving everything a misty look.
