Dragonfly at Hyde Hall
This morning we visited Hyde Hall in Essex. The RHS gardens were looking lovely as always, though not quite at their best with most of the summer perennials having gone over a little.
It was hard to choose a single photo for today's blip, but I have decided upon this Migrant Hawker dragonfly which we watched flying for some time before it obligingly settled for long enough for me to snap it.
Some of the other photos from our visit can be seen here.
