Blood, sweat and tears has gone into making this image. Well non of them but a perfectly good serving of pasta, burn to a crisp, another pan ruined and my chicken pasta for work tomorrow short on the pasta.

Rained all day in Lancashire today so not stepped out of the door. Thanks to L for giving me a little lesson in light ( much appreciated).
