I did my washing this morning, and worked while the machines chundered away. Then it was time to shop. I got toiletries and stationery, axes and syrup, Apple and Vans. And the highlight - 400 blue 5x3 index cards from Office Depot.

I revisited the Station Bistro in Kimberton for dinner - organic Chicken Marsala with chard and roasted acorn squash. On the way home I unearthed the Superior Value Beverage Warehouse, a huge shed tucked away on a backstreet surrounded by chain link fence and concrete, full of every sort of beer. I opted for a 12-pack of mixed Oskar Blues beers and settled down to watch the excellent Nothing But The Truth.
