Short stack

It's Sunday, but I'm up and working before lunch ;). In fact, I down tools and head to Nudy's for brunch around 12. The place is packed and I wait with a crowd of people for a table to free up.

I order a short stack of pancakes with poached eggs and bacon. Just as well I didn't go for the full order, because I struggle to finish the 2 pancakes that I did get. Once I'm back in the house, it's straight to bed for an hour of post-prandial, horizontal digestion.

I do a couple more hours work in the afternoon and then watch a movie. Greek salad from the nearby diner, washed down with a brace of cold beers. Still loads to do, but it'll have to wait.
