In transit

Presently I seem to spend rather a lot of my life in cars, trains, ferries and planes.

I left home at 2.30 en route for Cardiff and tomorrow's plenary session of the Joint Ministerial Committee. This was the view at twenty to seven as the aircraft prepared to leave Edinburgh.
