New Years Parade

So this is going up a day or two late but still better late then never. The parade was not what I expected but still very neat. We got down to the route shortly before 6 and grabbed dinner at a Tex-mex place. Then when to find a spot to watch the parade. And we waited and waited for it to start. Start time was 8 but since we were at the very end of the route it was 9 before it got to us. I thought it would have been a a continuous thing but instead it was made up of individual acts with breaks in between. Still I quite enjoyed it. Even if I did watch half of it though someone's phone
