Cardamom, fennel, rhubarb

Yes, I know, I should have used this idea for tomorrow, but I couldn't think of anything else and although I had to run around outside doing this and that it was not a day for cracking out the camera!!

Besides, the doctors' surgery, where I had to go, is just above Waitrose and they had really fabulous-looking rhubarb, so that will make a very tasty crumble for tonight.  (Possibly not with cardamoms and fennel seeds though - but you never know..).  It was so pink I instantly wanted to blip it, but then of course being me I've changed it to mono.  Contrary-wise!
