Another cookery book
I found this oldie today: Travels with a hot wok, by Ken Hom. I think I'd like Ken to be my personal chef. Are you listening, Ken?
I made chicken casserole tonight, though, and a rhubarb cake ( with no added sugar, but bananas and dates, which aren't any better in large quantities). Then a round up of my card-ordering, because it is the end of the month, almost.
I still have other bits and pieces to do, though, but it's nearly midnight so I'll leave them. Mondays are the new yeeeuch. I used to have Monday mornings free. Now I am in nursery and then rehab, but then have to go home and do all the self employed stuff because it's Monday and some if it can't wait!
