Exciting times for Maisie!

A while ago - and purely by chance - I saw that there was an indoor dog park opening in Hull. They had a special offer - the first 100 people to sign up would pay £100 membership per year for the dog's life. So I snapped it up!

As well as the indoor play area there's free training, flyball, agility (all free) and a cafe (not free!) .. a groomer and a shop.

I've been desperate for it to open! And finally last Sunday, it did! Today was Maisie's temperament check. She passed with flying colours - one of the owners' dogs was being used for the checks. Apparently Mabelle the blue bassett hound had got a bit bored with it all, having been doing the job for three days already - but as soon as she and Maisie met they took an instant shine to each other. So much so that the person with us took some video of them playing together like happy, mad things!

We stayed for an hour or two and Maisie had great fun - unfortunately she looks a bit like Billy no mates here - but there were lots of other doggies around for much of the time!
