Birch

I made bircher muesli using tropical fruit juice, had various blood tests and gave a s***l sample in case I'm harbouring anything parasitic, had my annual appraisal, got windswept and wet on my bike, wrote the agenda for our refugee support group meeting, continued to be horrified at the state of global politics, was in the office late and finally returned home to a chi chi corner of my living room, now with ridiculously oversized dangling lamp. I still shouldn't actually use the sofa until the correct number of legs turn up, but it's nice to survey the scene.

A mixed bag but not a bad Tuesday all told.
