Day 032/17. Wheels and tracks making roads.

I think this is a grader sitting on a flatbed truck. I've never truly understood what graders do. It was parked just around the corner from where I work. There was no sign of any activity, the tractor cab curtains pulled and presumably the driver in deep slumber dreaming of creating the worlds biggest traffic jam.
I wonder who is in for the chaos.
