Strategy planning

A colleagues presented me with this the other day. Came in useful for the blip - and an entertaining read. Seemingly there are a few others in the series - including Brexit!

We did have a strategic planning morning today and we considered as a team some reports from officers on how we might do things differently and meet the challenges of the coming year.
