Here are our pals P and S checking the refractometer reading after our latest sampling of the grapes. From the graph of readings I think the grapes will be ready on Friday - and, I have to take a decision so we can alert our lovely volunteer pickers.

So we'll be putting our new winery to the test. Actually that sounds rather grand as it's basically a new garage kitted out with wine tanks and equipment. We really are Les Garagistes.
